DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

You shall be informed by a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after your order has been successfully. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days of successful payment. There could be delay in some shipping via the payment type, if the billing information is inaccurate or different form your shipping address.

As soon as the product is delivered to you. A tracking number will be emailed to you for tracking the status of your order.

All the international deliveries will be handled as DHL or FedEx service. Destination will be effect on delivery time. Weight and destination will be determined the shipping cost.

You will also be responsible for the re-shipping cost if the package are returned to us by the carrier and the reshipping is requested. Please expect the delivery and ensure the receipt according to avoid these extra cost.
