Returns & Exchanges
For all U.S. online orders, full price items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of placing your order. Then request a refund for that purchase, you won't be able to receive cash, you will receive as a credit in our shop only. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all original tags and packaging.
Excluding, all purchases are in sale. No exchange nor refund is allowed in any circumstances. All products are carefully checked and verified as in good condition before processing to delivery.
Enter the email used for your order and follow the instructions on the instructionpage to receive your shipping label and tracking number. Once you have received your shipping label, you have 7 days to ship your merchandise in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. FERRANY LONDON website ships to residential and business addresses within the United States and Canada.
We deliver to the United States and Canada with FedEx from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
Canadian customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
U.S. Territories Orders
We now offer ground shipping (3-8 business days) to all U.S. territories. This includes American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Returns are eligible according to our U.S. policy, and can be processed through our Returns Center. Please see below for our full Returns & Exchanges policy.
There is no Saturday-Sunday delivery. Please note that ground and priority shipping imply business days only. If you place your order on a Thursday and select priority delivery, you will receive it the following Monday.
Damages & Missing Items
If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged, contact FERRANY LONDON customer service right away. A customer service representative will provide you with next steps.
Items which are unavailable at the time of shipment will be marked “unshipped” on the receipt provided in your package. If this is not the case and an item is missing, please contact FERRANY LONDON customer service as soon as possible.
For all U.S. online refunds, we deduct $10 to cover return shipping and restocking (original shipping costs are not eligible for refund). Refunds for all U.S. online exchanges and store credit are free. Online store credit cannot be used for in-store purchases or phone orders.
For Canadian online orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Customs/duties paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund. Please feel free to contact our support team with any questions or concerns on this process.
No returns or exchanges on any sale merchandise. In-store purchases or phone orders can be returned or exchanged according to the refund policy of that location only.
Returning an Item
If you would like to start a return, For Canadian orders, e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org at to request a return.
All U.S. online returns must have a return authorization number and be mailed directly to our distribution center, as noted on the prepaid shipping label. We will not accept returns mailed to our retail stores or corporate office.
If you are making a return for online store credit, you will receive your credit instantly via an e-Gift Card upon completing your return request. Follow the instructions in our Return Center to complete your return.
If you are making a return for a refund, follow the instructions to complete your return. Please allow up to 30 business days of processing time once your return merchandise is delivered back to our distribution center. Depend on the policy of your customer bank You will receive an automated notification email when your return has been received and accepted, as well as a final confirmation email and credit notice, once we have successfully processed your return for a refund.
FERRANY LONDON reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy.
